Flume maintains his place as Australia’s most in demand producer with a stint on Pete Tong’s famous radio show. Since his departure from What So Not, his duo group with Emoh Instead, Flume (née Harley Streten) is just getting started in launching the next wave of his solo career.

The producer is the latest talent to be tapped for a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, going down next Saturday, October 3. This session will mark his debut in the mix series, and hopefully it will contain previews of songs off the just-announced forthcoming EP with Chet Faker.
