The newest talent to emerge from the Scandinavian tundra is Anevo, a young beatsmith who has carved a niche for himself in the melodic house territory through his agile guitar melodies. Having remixed Calvin Harris, Maroon 5, Years & Years, and more to build his impressive resume, the budding upstart recently put his hand to Disney starlet turned pop princess, Selena Gomez, and her summer single, “Good For You.” Selena’s lyrical prowess was already sexy to begin with, but when Anevo layers his nimble guitar plucks and ramps up the speed a tad, even the most commercial-averse will fall in love with Selena Gomez’s voice thanks to the Swedish remixer.
