Steve Aoki wins ‘America’s Best DJ’ title after accidentally blinding voters with cake and champagne
As Fall approaches, so do the high school popularity contests otherwise known as DJ ranking polls. While we are still a couple months away from DJ Mag‘s hilariously controversial Top 100 list, its “equally prestigious” counterpart DJ Times has just unveiled the cake-smashing king of turntable dancing, Steve Aoki, as the 2015 reigning champion of click bait. The US publication teamed up with Pioneer to collect fan votes from across all 50 states to reach their decision, and below are the resulting top ten finalists.
