SubPac and Peugeot to debut first music-based car

As SubPac’s CEO John Alexiou accurately pointed out, “Music is a central part of the driving experience.” With this in mind, the renowned audio company has paired with French car maker Peugeot to create the world’s premier music-based concept car.

Named Fractal, the car is engineered to create a club-like experience while driving. Employing SubPac’s tactile bass technology into the car seats along with a smartwatch remote sound system with FOCAL loudspeakers, drivers will be able to physically feel the music in addition to hearing it.

“Integrating SubPac technology into the automotive world has always been a part of our road-map, and we’re beyond thrilled to be a part of the forward-thinking Peugeot Fractal.”

To ensure top-quality EQing, famed artist and sound engineer Amon Tobin has also donated his skills in tuning all of Fractal’s speakers. The car will be debuted at the Frankfurt auto show between September 17th and 27th.
