Joris Voorn and Joran van Pol have showcased their second partnership in the form of “Sonic Highway.” Released on Joris Voorn’s own Rejected imprint, the label’s founder has now tasked both producers with reinventing the original.
Joris’ take is a fusion between the grittier characteristics of dark techno and the shimmering properties of melodic progressive house. The mix follows the Dutch producer’s remix of Royksopp’s “I Had This Thing” and precedes two dates in Toronto for Halloween weekend.
