It’s official – Lido is as adept at classical live performances as he is behind the decks and in his studio producing. At the end of August, we saw him do a stunning cover of BANKS’ “Drowning” with KORK orchestra. It turns out the Norwegian prodigy and KORK had another performance up their sleeve for adoring fans, this time re-working his own track “I Love You” into an almost big-band era piece with dramatic brass and dainty flute accents in the background. Meanwhile, Lido is right at home in the front adding in groovy keyboard solos that lead the rest of the cover forward. After displaying such immense talent, it’s becoming clear that his next tour should be with KORK in tow.
