Lil Dicky kicks off remix competition for viral hit “$ave Dat Money”

Rap sensation, Lil Dicky, rose to prominence after the music video for his single “Ex-Boyfriend” off his 2013 mixtape So Hard went viral, and the Philadelphia native reached even greater heights with the release of his debut studio album Professional Rapper this past summer. The record’s breakout hit “Save Dat Money” featuring Fetty Wap and Rich Homie Quan (below) has generated over 12 million views on YouTube. Dicky, real name David Burd, has partnered with Splice to kick off a competition for aspiring producers and musicians to submit their best remixes of the track for a grand prize that includes promotion of the song, a treasure chest from Shine Papers, underwear from MeUndies and the Splice CEO’s Netflix login.

Candidates can download the track’s instrumental files then enter on the competition page before the deadline on November 18.
