Tomorrowland Brasil announces first artists for 2016 festival
Although its sister festival, TomorrowWorld, brought SFX some unneeded stress this fall, Tomorrowland Brasil‘s inaugural three-day event in April remained a highlight of the EDM event giant’s tumultuous year. With ticket sales selling out within three hours of availability, the Sao Paolo-based festival is set to return to South America in 2016 on April 21-23.
This week, the event announced the first string of artists to play the festival. For the big room diehards, Axwell Λ Ingrosso will see themselves return along with fellow Swedish powerhouse, Alesso, who will make his first appearance at the event’s sophomore year. Fans of the underground should not disregard the event just yet as both Solomun and Loco Dice‘s attendance are confirmed to balance the genre scope of the event.
Further lineup announcements are sure to continue coming on the event’s Facebook page, but if these initial bookings have you hooked, tickets are live on the Tomorrowland Brasil website.
