Back in 2008, Ultra Music Festival made its first expansion outside of its original Miami location and into Brazil to develop its worldwide presence. Since then, Ultra has held sporadic festival editions in the South American country with the last occurring in 2011 with Swedish House Mafia headlining the event. However, October 2016 will see the return of Ultra Brasil with the full festival experience.

Brazil will be the 19th addition to the Ultra Worldwide circuit and will continue the brand’s South American presence to compete with other electronic festivals like EDC and Tomorrowland who have both expanded into Brazil. Details have yet to surface regarding the specific dates of the festivals return but will be sure to be revealed soon.
