Martin Solveig & GTA – Intoxicated (Salva Remix) [Free Download]

Martin Solveig kicked off 2015 with an unlikely partnership. Despite their disparate styles, Solveig and GTA‘s collaboration “Intoxicated” proved to be one of the year’s most iconic house hits. “Intoxicated” found success as the nexus between Solveig’s deep house-compatible vocals and GTA’s boisterous energy.

Almost a year since the release of “Intoxicated,” Boysnoize Records’ resident trap aficionado, Salva, has released a formidable remix of the original collaboration. Characteristically, Salva takes a “less is more” approach to his revision of the track. His remix begins very similarly to Solveig and GTA’s original, providing few edits to the first drop aside from raising the pitch and adding in warm harmonies to the main brass line. Midway through the song, Salva returns to his roots with a horn-heavy, sub-laden trap section.
