Steve Angello relaunches Size Records with new creative direction

Since Swedish House Mafia’s break up back in 2013, Steve Angello has been focusing his time on fostering his solo career and his venerated Size Records. Having launched back in 2003, Steve Angello has cultivated a brand synonymous with forward-thinking, boundary-pushing house music. The label has seen releases from Marcus Schössow, Matisse & Sadko, Kryder, Michael Brun, and more progressive house stalwarts over the years to create a catalog of releases that have directly impacted the dance music scene.

With dance music’s ever-evolving nature, Steve Angello is taking to 2016 to give his artistic label a refreshed image and new creative face. Having brought on Made By Forest CEO Jesper Palsson and designer Robert Norgren to lead the initiative, the new direction will focus on aesthetically sleek visuals and videos to enhance the brand’s overall image. The announcement comes with a promo video to give the label’s followers a taste of what this new creative direction will entail. Steve Angello’s forthcoming album, Wild Youth: Chapter 2, will help kick start this rebrand into action upon its release on January 22.
