Alan Fitzpatrick to mix Fabric 87

Drumcode regular Alan Fitzpatrick was assigned to mix fabric 87, the latest edition of Fabric’s compilation series. The mix album bookends a series of powerful releases from the Brit, including “Eternia,” which has been a favorite on the techno circuit.

He selects a tidy collection of 23 track across 76 minutes, including some unreleased exclusive material and four of his own productions. “I really wanted to deliver a mix that had a timeless quality about it and that contained tracks that people were not very familiar with already,” he divulged about the thought process behind his one-take mix.

An official launch party follows the April 15 release date, taking place the next day at Fabric where Reset Robot and Mike Dehnert will join Fitzpatrick in performing. The launch will also take him to parties in Barcelona and Buenos Aires.
