Bakermat made a point with his single, “Another Man,” that he avoids genre categorizations. Although his productions typically fall into the realms of deep and melodic house, the Dutch authority manages to find intricate and inventive ways of diversifying his sound while still keeping a consistent mood across releases. His hit single “Teach Me” ran ablaze in 2015 as one of the most played house singles of the summer season, and now Bakermat looks to kick 2016 off with another head-turning single titled “Games.”

Originally premiered on his Circus radio show, “Games” is cohesively built on a bed of breezy guitar strums and natural percussion arrangements with vocalist Marie Plassard gracefully singing atop. Presenting yet another elegant combination of elements from folk and melodic house, Bakermat continues to establish himself as one of Europe’s most exciting talents.
