Four Tet uploads a club version of ‘SeeSaw’ with Jamie xx and Romy

May marks the first anniversary of In Colour, which is the debut solo album of Jamie xx, who also serves as one-third of The xx. The track “SeeSaw” was co-produced with Four Tet in 2013 purely as an instrumental before officially appearing on In Colour with a vocal overlay from fellow bandmate and vocalist Romy.

An alternate vision of this dreamy collaboration has made its way to the masses, thanks to Four Tet and his most recent upload to SoundCloud. This beautiful cut of “SeeSaw” includes minimal variation from the original, switching to a dance-ready tempo that’s pumped by percussion and crafty synths.

Listen to “SeeSaw” reimagined as a club feature, which has been described by Four Tet as “another version I did last year to DJ with… different drums and mix and arrangement.”
