HM Mastering hints at Jack Ü release in the near future
Skrillex and Diplo were crowned EDM’s most buzzed-about act in 2015 with the creation of their Jack Ü side project. The two illustrious producers combined forces with Justin Bieber to revive the Canadian singer’s career and release what became a Grammy-winning single, “Where Are Ü Now.” Their effort reached double platinum in the U.S., and left fans aching for more releases from the duo.
During November’s American Music Awards, Skrillex casually mentioned that a new Jack Ü EP was being written, but no further news had surfaced regarding its release until a recent Facebook post from Minneapolis-based company HM Mastering was discovered:
Projects coming up for Sifu Hotman, Vector Families, Cecil Otter, Jack U, Graveyard Club, Wood Blind, Graham O’Brien, Step Rockets, Ghostband and Owen.

It is uncertain whether the EP will be completed in the near future, but HM Mastering’s post may signal the imminent release of Jack Ü’s forthcoming EP.
