Miike Snow release buoyant new track, ‘The Heart of Me’

Following Miike Snow‘s three year absence, the world is now bearing witness to the group’s emergence as a more experimental and electronic-oriented trifecta of musicians. Their latest release, “The Heart of Me,” is a testament to how much Miike Snow have evolved during their hiatus.

A high-spirited, synth-filled melody tempered by brooding, emotionally-charged vocals, “The Heart of Me” exudes all the qualities of a song poised to be the soundtrack of this year’s warmer days. With the release of each new single from their forthcoming album, the trio showcase their newly-honed range of technical abilities. In this musical diaspora, “The Heart of Me” highlights the group’s ability to purvey upbeat, intricate production with aplomb.
