Tundran – Last Drive

Fans have waited more than one year for Swedish duo Tundran to make with coveted single ‘Still Afraid,’ but the PRMD Music cohorts are launching into 2016 with a little more than the promise of the single. Having set the bar with an official remix of Avicii’s ‘Waiting For Love’ and debut single ‘Kimono‘ back in 2015, the New Year beckons a fierce double single from the mysterious outfit, who are dropping an additional original enroute to its February 12 street date. Dialing back the pace and sticking to the nostalgic and soulful undertones that their original material has honored to date, ‘Last Drive’ is a melancholic indie dance single that brings the art of crooning back into the otherwise left of field musical space. From the thick skinned instrumental work to the track’s infectious riffs, ‘Last Drive’ is a strong conciliation prize for keeping the world waiting for what looks to be a definitive chapter for Tundran.
