Watch This: deadmau5 previews new music from his studio

Just weeks after revealing two new ambient clips and two forthcoming works from ‘Project Entropy,’ deadmau5 has again opened the door to his creative process with a fresh production from his newly unveiled studio. Shaping up to be an alluring piece of work, the 25-second preview calls upon many of the glistening synths showcased in Zimmerman’s older work, including For Lack of a Better Name and Album Title Goes Here. Falling somewhere on the progressive house spectrum between “Strobe” and “Closer,” the instrumentally-driven track boasts the kind of vibrant chord progressions native to deadmau5’s iconic sound.
