Anderson .Paak joins Snakehips on ‘Money On Me’

UK production duo Snakehips have linked up with hip-hop’s man of the hour, Anderson .Paak, for a new original piece, “Money On Me.” The pair’s latest matches Anderson .Paak’s infectious rhyme schemes with a snappy, though subtle drum arrangement, leaning closer to urban hip-hop and soul stylings, pivoting away from the R&B accent of the Chance The Rapper and Tinashe-assisted “All My Friends.” Although “Money On Me” was recorded last year, now it is officially seeing the light of day, just as the name Anderson .Paak continues to inch closer and closer to household recognition.

Anderson .Paak’s rap sheet already boasts a major co-sign from Dr. Dre on Compton and ensuing deal on Dre’s Aftermath imprint, but as the Malibu rapper continues to piece together his big break, he remains aligned with some of the most cutting-edge production happening around.
