Seth Troxler’s BBQ restaurant, Smokey Tails, gets permanent home
Seth Troxler is a renaissance man in the underground house music scene, having added restaurateur to his résumé in the last year. After a series of popup locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Miami and Amsterdam, the BBQ brain child of the popular DJ is getting a permanent home in East London next month.
On April 22nd, the restaurant, Smokey Tails, will open at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen. The menu will feature items from three generations of Troxler’s family. Highlights include: Troxler family BBQ sauce smoked pulled pork, collard greens, cherry wood smoked lamb ribs, Coney chilli fries and Grandma T’s fried chicken.
