The Greek and Norwegian underground circuit don’t typically have a lot of excuses to lock horns, but they just might in the wake of Truesoul’s latest. As part of a three-track collaborative debut for Adam Beyer’s renowned imprint, ‘Ghetto’ pairs Mihalis Safras and Noir together for a high caliber tech house romp from two distinctly accomplished sides of the European market. There’s enough peak time crunch and tech house stamina here to keep even the more weathered territories happy, but at the heart of ‘Ghetto’ is a collaborative stronghold we wish we’d heard from far earlier in the game.
