CID has had a solid year of donning digestible house records to the digital market. Fresh off the trail of the Kaskade assisted ‘Us’ and a plethora of solid remix duties, the North American talent goes it alone for Big Beat with a brand new take on his accessible club stylings. There’s a sense of traditional hallmarks meeting modern energy standards for ‘Together,’ a key laden romp that shines with that high caliber precision and melodic stamina we’ve come to expect from CID of late. It’s too easy to fret when a sacred sound becomes overly accessible, but there is nothing offensive in what CID is bringing to the table for 2016.
