DFA Records’ home could be yours for a cool $16m
The West Village offices of DFA Records could be yours for $16 million. Listed by Douglas Elliman, the townhouse located at 225 West 13th Street appeared on the market this week.
As the offices of DFA Records, the townhouse has played host to many artists, musicians, and filmmakers over the years. It boasts garage parking for 3 cars, a state-of-the-art recording studio in the basement, and two floors of live/work space along with a patio and roof deck.
We’re still waiting on confirmation if Daft Punk actually played at this house, as James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem sang about in the band’s 2005 hit.
