Tucked away in Cooks Valley Campground, among the California Redwoods, is one of the West Coast’s most alluring camping and arts festivals, Northern Nights. Slated to take place July 15-17, the 3-day event has compiled a stellar cast of talent for its 4th edition. Gorgon City, Griz, and Claptone sit at the helm of each day’s lineup, with further exciting additions like the ever-elusive Amon Tobin, Machinedrum, The Knocks, and Stephen booked to perform.

Ahead of the festival, we’ve got the privilege of premiering Gorgon City’s Northern Nights mix. While the UK pair’s live show (which they’ll be bringing to NN) is a complex display of their original material, their DJ sets offer a chance to show off their esteemed taste in house and techno. Their new mix is of the latter variety, offering a fresh medley of underground cuts from artists like ANNA, Booka Shade, Daniel Avery and more, packaged neatly into a 30-minute composition.
