deadmau5 shares new details on 2017 tour, new album, and Eric Prydz live show

Don’t ever lambast deadmau5 for not being busy. The Canadian producer, real name Joel Zimmerman, recently took to Twitter to spell out all of his current projects, and the list is bit overwhelming to say the least.

Between finishing up his new album, working on the new version of the cube, creating a “cobranded VR experience,” and planning a solo North American tour for 2017 — all while running a record label that continues to kick ass — you could say deadmau5 has his hands full.

What’s more, Zimmerman has also provided an exciting update on his upcoming collaborative performance with Eric Prydz from Tomorrowland, which the pair have confirmed to be a fully-blown live show. When prodded by a fan on the technical details, Zimmerman revealed plans to incorporate a variety of legendary synthesizers into the performance.
