Otto Knows & Avicii announce new collaboration, ‘Back Where I Belong’

Childhood friends from Sweden Avicii and Otto Knows have finally made it into the studio together. Masters of melody and catchy cross-over tracks as well as deep dance floor cuts, Avicii and Otto Knows have announced that their collaboration “Back Where I Belong” will be released on Friday. The latter released the news on Tuesday via his Facebook page, sharing a photo of the two as students at the junior school where they first met.

While Tim Berg may have retired from touring, he made it clear this doesn’t mean he’s stopped making music. This will be the most recent release for Otto Knows since “Dying for You,” when he joined forces with modern violinist Lindsey Stirling and vocalist Alex Aris.

Although there is no official preview for the track, Friday’s release is sure to be the first in a string of new music from the gifted producers.
