Skrillex’s Rick Ross collaboration receives title and release date

The hype behind Skrillex’s newest collaboration, a joint feature alongside Rick Ross, is starting to border upon insanity — even by Sonny Moore’s standards. What started as a rumored collab with the Miami-bred rapper back in April was soon confirmed as an official contribution to the upcoming feature film, Suicide Squad, starring Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto and more.

Now the first official details on the track have emerged, thanks to the pre-order link for the movie’s soundtrack. The first song listed on the compilation is “Purple Lamborghini,” by none other than Skrillex and Rick Ross. The soundtrack is reportedly due out on August 5 according to Amazon, the same day as the movie’s opening.

The soundtrack features further selections from the likes of Lil Wayne, Twenty One Pilots, Eminem and more. Check out the full tracklist here.
