Ultra prepares for Latin America takeover with a 5-country tour
Ultra defines the word “juggernaut,” expanding farther than the vast majority of festivals in its class to hold events all over the world. Having successfully held five festivals in Sao Paulo, Brazil, organizers announced this year that Rio De Janeiro would be its new base in Brazil.
Its success in South America has been so immense that Ultra has now unveiled a new offshoot of its “Road to Ultra” concept, hosting a series of small shows across Latin America before the main two-day affair touches down in Brazil this October.
Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and Paraguay have been listed as receiving one-off stops during the tour, with dates announced as October 7, 8, 14, & 15 respectively. This will be the first time these countries will receive their own Ultra experience, along with Singapore, which was also recently announced as a new addition to the Ultra family.
