Marshmello teases release of his Skrillex collaboration; listen to a short preview
Mysterious producer Marshmello has been inescapable in the past year. He first started to gain serious traction with his remix of Jack Ü‘s smash “Where Are Ü Now,” and has since followed up with numerous originals and collaborations with other big name artists — most recently with Jauz. Still, if there is one track that his fans have been anticipating above the rest, its his collaboration with Skrillex, which the masked ‘mallow revealed was in the works back in October.
That anticipation will now be shifted into high gear with Marshmello’s recent Twitter post confirming the track will soon be released.
While the tweet doesn’t reveal an exact release date, opting to only inform fans that it’ll be released “soon,” given its long gestation period, fans can be assured that the collaboration between the rising bass star and one of music’s biggest super-producers will be worth the wait.
