‘Stranger Things’ soundtrack to be performed live for first time at Polish festival

Netflix’s Stranger Things has gained as much traction for its heart pounding sci-fi subplots as it has for its killer synth-laden soundtrack. The pulpy period drama continues to pick up steam as its score will now be performed in full at Krakow’s Unsound Festival.

The soundtrack, which was released last week, was created by members Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein of S U R V I V E.  Unsound will mark the first time the Austin-based group has performed the score live and it’s a great venue for such an occasion. The Polish festival boasts eccentric and atmospheric venues like an engineering museum and an old salt mine. Says the festival’s website: “you don’t come to Unsound only to underline what you know, but discover.”

Tickets and information are available at the Unsound website.
