Additionally, we’ve provided our picks from within The DA Hot 25, highlighting two standout tracks.

The Heat of the Week: The Weeknd – Starboy (feat. Daft Punk)

The hype was almost too real when word spread like wildfire across the Internet that The Weeknd’s rumored collaboration with Daft Punk, “Starboy,” had hit the web. While many were disappointed the French robot duo did not come back with their signature disco sound, “Starboy” is nothing short of spectacular and exhibits Daft Punk’s impeccable production and versatility with this urban-directed offering.

The Breakout Select: Lido – Murder

Lido’s imminent debut album, Everything, is shaping up to be spectacular. The Nordic future beatsmith unveiled the second track off the LP, “Murder,” where he composes a flurry of string ensembles, percussion spasms, and playful synths.
