Sydney-based duo, Midnight Pool Party, hunkered down in the studio during the cold months to stockpile new material, and now they have surfaced with their first tune in months — a remix of Miike Snow’s “Trigger.” Andrew Wyatt’s vocal provide an optimal launching point for the Australian pair to interweave mild synth chords, warped bass grooves, and a steady rhythms meant for days spent in the sun.
