Following a successful remix of Porter Robinson‘s classic “Language,” Kayzo and Gammer have reunited to put their high-energy touch to a new original. “Frequency” packs the expected punch of some serious hardstyle into a full-fledged trap drop. However, the contrast between the bass-centric portions and the bridge adds a cool bit of shock value to the overall production.

Distributed as a free download, the track serves its purpose well; Kayzo and Gammer aren’t going for anything too fanciful with “Frequency,” but that’s no problem. The production stands on two legs, albeit the genre collage that it is, and provides for an enjoyable listen.
