Listen to Alesso’s new rendition of ‘I Wanna Know’

Swedish superstar Alesso has an uncanny ability to teeter between soulful melodies and big room synth work in his productions. Last April, the artist released the crowd-pleasing track “I Wanna Know,” which dramatically leaned towards the former of these two styles. Teaming up with Nico & Vinz for the melodic single, the guitar and piano-laden collaboration demonstrates Alesso’s wide range of production skills.

The song is now receiving a new rendition from Alesso himself. The newest version of “I Wanna Know” features the vocals of female Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai, whose international influence has earned her the nickname, the “Asian Madonna.”

Alesso and Tsai’s collaboration for the “I Wanna Know” remake seamlessly combines the singer’s vocal talents with Alesso’s dreamy melodies. The artist composed the song and lyrics entirely himself for both versions of the track, adding to the allure of the project for fans.
