The Lost Kings release the new millennial anthem ‘Phone Down’

LA’s Lost Kings have never confined their creativity. From producing anthemic remixes of Disclosure and Vance Joy to pop-laced originals like “Bad” and “You” to funky nu-disco remixes of G-Eazy and Rihanna, the pair have done the ground work in developing a well-rounded artist project. Making the jump from Holland’s Spinnin’ Records to the illustrious RCA Records, Lost Kings break theirĀ five month silence of no new music with their radio-ready anthem, “Phone Down.”

While songwriting ace Emily Warren crafts and belts a topline anyone with a smartphone can relate to, the Lost Kings compose a summery arrangement of tropical-laced piano chords and wavering synths primed for radio. With a strong foot in the millennial market, the Lost Kings may have found their ticket to cross over into the pop world.
