Moby has never been one to hold his tongue; the seminal electronic musician has always coupled his tremendous artistic output with outspoken cultural commentary. His latest project, Moby & the Void Pacific Choir, follows a similar vein. The politically-charged collaboration recently unearthed their debut album, These Systems Are Failing, on Moby’s long-venerated home, Mute Records.

One of the tracks, “Erupt + Matter,” has now received an official remix from Hollen. The Italian upstart layers a chugging tech house groove which adeptly matches the intensity of Moby’s original composition. It’s an impressively well-wrought remix, and a natural transplant of Moby’s sound back to the dancefloor.
