Point Point shares eclectic Orbit playlist of inspirations for the French project

Point Point is one of France’s most unique, electronic exports. The trio originally rose to prominence in 2015 when Skrillex signed the Contrastive Focus Reduplication EP, to OWSLA. Since then, Point Point has been focusing on its own imprint, Record Record, releasing music from the project via the platform as well as fostering young talent.

The act’s style is hard to pinpoint to one genre, but could be said to be a blend of future bass, electronica, hip-hop, and even jazz. Due to the bizarre nature of some of their outputs, Point Point has stepped up to provide Orbit playlist which lists 20 tracks that have inspired the group’s eccentric sound from artists they call the ‘Record Record Dream Team.’ Point Point’s playlist features expected names like SBTRKT and Radiohead, veers in the downtempo range with Bon Iver, and further features commercial favorites from T-Pain and Kali Uchis.

This Orbit feature is ideal for listeners who are looking to be pulled in a different direction with each passing track.
