Animal Picnic and Aaryon make an impeccable pairing, as evidenced by their release “Velera” on Einmusika as well as “Caps,” which made it onto the latest Kitties On Trance compilation on Suara.
The Steyoyoke veterans recently stopped by Danish imprint Noir to sign their enormous club cut “Tets.” A foreboding atmosphere immediately establishes itself as cloudy synth accents and a pungent bassline are cut by a steady kick. “Tets” eventually erupts into raunchy mixture of sinister melodies and dark samples that are built to cover the surroundings in sonic darkness.
