Insomniac Records launches new imprint In / Rotation with Dombresky’s ‘Technikal’
While Insomniac may be best known for their world-class events, the dance music behemoth has been making notable headway in the release world by way of their own imprint, Insomniac Records. Today, the homegrown independent label has announced a new subdivision, titled In / Rotation, dedicated to spotlighting some of the best up-and-coming talent around the world.
The label’s first release arrives from Dombresky, who has become a staple on Tchami’s CONFESSION imprint. The Frenchman has delivered “Technikal,” a fresh house cut beaming with metallic sound design and a euphoric, chord-laden bridge. It’s an apt first release from In / Rotation, and a surefire sign of the quality to come from the imprint in the coming months.
“The next revolution in our Insomniac Records family, IN / ROTATION was created to provide a unique platform for artists on all levels to showcase their music and more,” said Pasquale Rotella, Founder and CEO of Insomniac. “By releasing free tracks from some of our favorite producers and highlighting art and photography that catches our eye, we hope this is a special space that people will enjoy exploring.”
