Julian Jordan x Sj – Say Love
Dutch producer Julian Jordan rose to popularity around the same time as Martin Garrix. Despite not reaching the insane levels of fame that his gifted counterpart did, Jordan’s own proficiency has shown through in the form of some extremely popular big room music. For most of his brief career, the producer has stuck to electronic sounds heavily relying on string plucked chord progressions.
However, Julian’s freshest release. “Say Love,” is a clear departure from the style that facilitated his rise to main stage stardom. The pop single features murmuring synths and chords that provide listeners with a tranquil experience. The centerpiece of the single, perhaps, is Sj’s sensual voice, which spans the entirety of the uncharacteristically soft single.
That being said, the song is both enjoyable and interesting; proving that Julian Jordan can do more than just drop main stage-oriented hits.
