A connoisseur of devilish synths and thunderous basslines, Matroda is quickly becoming one of house music’s most exciting rising names. Originally launching his career with a tag-team remix alongside Chris Lake and his debut original, “Chronic,” via Spinnin’ Records, the rather elusive producer has since released music on Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak imprint and Don Diablo’s Hexagon Records.
With the support of many dance music trailblazers behind him, Matroda takes Dancing Astronaut into the ominous regions of the house spectrum in an exclusive mix for The Radar. Effortlessly ripping through cuts from Noise Frenzy, Dustycloud, and his own remixes and originals, the house wizard uses this mix to display his acute sense for uncovering obscure tracks and delivers an hour of bass-saturated four-on-the-floor.
