um.. kick off Shambhala’s artist series with a relentless 30-minute mix

There aren’t many acts that are as left-of-center in the bass realm then um... The dynamic duo of Ben Bruce and Dylan Gold have one of the most peculiar sounds to arise out of the scene, and have even attracted the attention of sound design savant Skrillex. Building their own fan base and fielding festival offers, um.. will be making their Shambhala debut this August, where the duo will head up to Canada to introduce their sound to the country in a live setting.

Leading into the festival, the LA producers kick off the festival’s artist mix series with a ear-shredding 30-minute mix filled with a plethora of experimental bass cuts. Jamming 29 tracks into the 30 minute set, um.. start off with their recent remix of “Zoo” before spotlighting colleagues such as tulso, knyves, sumthin sumthin, and more. Those looking to get slightly weird this weekend, will find this mix to be a more than ample facilitator.
