Urban Outfitters accidentally sold Halsey’s new album early again

In 2015, Urban Outfitters mistakenly shipped copies of Halsey‘s debut album, Badlands, weeks before its release, and even had copies of the album in store three days before it was officially released. The artist had expressed her displeasure with the company at the time, tweeting at the company. “You leak my album 2 weeks early + now sell physical copies in store 3 days before release? What kind of company are you?” The tweet was later deleted.

The company’s mistake didn’t stop her from giving them a deal on her 2017 album, Hopeless Fountain Kingdom, though.

The artist decided to sell limited edition copies of the album, which is supposed to be out this Friday, June 2, in the stores, but has been burned once again. On Tuesday, May 30, Urban Outfitters shoppers reported finding vinyl copies of Hopeless Fountain Kingdom in stores.

Halsey has yet to respond to the fans tweeting out photos of the vinyl they found in stores.
