As LA-based crooner Blackbear continues to blow up, it’s no surprise that his RnB-inflected tracks are receiving the remix treatment from numerous producers. Prince Fox has thrown his hat into the ring on the vocalist’s latest, “do re mi.”

Fox, in a wise decision, allows Blackbear’s verses to take center stage on his reproduction. The producer creates a subdued, minimalist atmosphere that matches Blackbear’s melancholy vocals, while notching the energy up just enough to make this a danceable tune.
