DJ Shadow to host second annual DJ Shadow Storage Sale in Los Angeles
Los Angeles-based DJ Shadow fans will soon have the opportunity to personally thumb through the artist’s music collection.
DJ Shadow will put records, CDs, cassettes, posters, limited edition DJ Shadow merchandise, and “other oddities” up for sale during a two-day pop-up sale at Rappcats from November 4–5. The second annual “Annual DJ Shadow Storage Sale,” the exclusive event will run for six-hours each day, kicking off at 12 PM and concluding at 6 PM.
“This is a chance for producers, dealers, and DJs to access seldom-seen and eclectic vinyl at affordable prices,” DJ Shadow remarked, “These are all records I have other copies of, and I’ve decided that I don’t need to keep multiples. Think of it as a year-long thrift-store consolidated into two-days.”
Rappcats is located at 5636 York Boulevard in Los Angeles.
