Sasha and Alan Fitzpatrick collaborate on two contrasting versions of new tune ‘El Jefe’

Sasha and Alan Fitzpatrick have tapped into their respective sonic outpourings and struck gold on a new collaborative work, “El Jefe.”

Officially out on December 8, the two masterminds have collaborated on two versions of the driving number, somehow produced amid their incredibly packed schedules.

“It was great to collaborate with Alan,” Sasha said of the collaboration. “We kept going back and forth, sharing ideas, trying different melodies, synths and beats. We were struggling to decide on a final version. In the end we just couldn’t choose, so decided to release both.”

And while the striking, room-trembling qualities of the first number — version two of the track — are certainly satisfying, its sonically expanse, emotive exploration maintains an insatiable desire to know what else these two chefs have been cooking up.

“El Jefe” will be released through We Are The Brave, Fitzpatrick’s label he founded in 2016.

We Are The Brave will release “El Jefe” on December 8.
