Statik Selektah – Put Jewels On It ft Run The Jewels

Famous rap group Run The Jewels has teamed up with Boston producer Statik Selektah for a fresh new track, “Put Jewels On It.” The new release is set to be featured on Statik Selektah’s new album 8, which is slated to drop Dec. 8.

“Put Jewels On It” harkens back to the golden age of hip-hop with unmistakable jazz elements and classic scratching creating a menacing undercurrent to the entire track. EL-P and Killer Mike attack this latest collaboration with the razor-sharp lyrical acumen and double-edged bravado that has elevated the duo to superstardom.

Statik Selektah’s forthcoming album will boast an immense array rap royalty from the likes of 2 Chainz, Action Bronson, Wiz Khalifa, G-Eazy, Joey Bada$$ and Juelz Santana.
