Monolink releases live version of ‘Sirens’ from Strawberry Fields

Berlin-based Monolink has released a live version of his track “Sirens.” The glitch heavy symphonic vocal-house track is a synthesis of anthropomorphic brood and the calculated beat of robotic production. Overlaying the track’s foundation is a wave of sensuous live guitar sampling.

Producing, DJing, instrumentation, and singing are all integral parts of the one man equation. “Passionate physicality meets sublime stimulation for the mind” reads Monolink’s official biography. The live rendition at Australia’s Strawberry Fields Festival highlights the tracks emotive aspects, with the large crowd swaying and weaving to the human rhythms generated by Monolink: it’s a wonder how he manages to orchestrate it all.
