Pegboard Nerds – Just Dance (feat. Tia Simone)

One of Monstercat‘s most tried and tested acts, Pegboard Nerds, have released their newest explosive dance track, “Just Dance.” Since coalescing in 2012, the duo comprised of Alexander Odden and Michael Parsberg have garnered a cult-like following, to which they refer to as #NerdNation. Known for their pixelated counterparts often appearing in their music videos and intricate live performances, the Nerds have consistently delivered their unparalleled style of dubstep, electro, house, and drumstep––regularly compounding genres within a single track.

“Just Dance” is crafted in the Nerds’ signature video game gone bad fashion. Tia Simone’s fervent vocals tread along a wild path that includes into a two-part dubstep drop that punches through the psyche with heavy snares and kicks, and a subsequent falling back into a pixelated wonderland.
