Initially cast into the spotlight courtesy of his efforts for Style of Eye‘s Grammy-nominated LP, Sweden’s Allertz has finally broken almost three years of silence. As the first out the door since 2016’s “Road of Roses,” the Stockholm-based talent reaffirms his melodic pedigree for his latest vocal offering. For “Brave,” the righteous electro pop vibes sit center stage, channeling a more commercially palatable sound whilst keeping the catchy Scandi swagger close at hand. If his latest is anything to go by, a short spell of absence has certainly not hurt Allertz and his vision for accessible electronic pop come 2018.
